Our school provisions tackle critical, real-world topics, including County Lines awareness, the realities of knife crime, the detrimental effects of social media platforms, personal safety, and the legal implications of joint enterprise.

To ensure comprehensive support, we also offer our "Resilience and Wellbeing" workshop. Facilitated by our qualified partner, Katie, this 4-pillared program is highly rated in schools and care homes for actively supporting mental health and building long-term resilience without the use of medication. Furthermore, our Neurodiversity lead, Dan, provides tailored cognitive adaptation and learning support for students navigating unique learning challenges.

Stepping Stones 4 Success — its main objective is to increase confidence, awareness and positivity to individuals participating in the course that may not see at the time of commencing their journey of what they can achieve in the future. It focuses on revisiting and retraining their life skills at the same time exploring and nurturing confidence, self-belief and harvesting a plan.

By attending the workshops each session focuses on a particular skill set where opportunities are offered for them to undertake and accept the challenges set. Life can be a scary place where uncertainty and a fear of failure and rejection stops many from achieving their goals and dreams. What we are ultimately seeking for is future generations of shining lights and role models.

The fear of getting situations wrong is not one to be feared but one to be learnt from and positives can always be found in times when it feels you are alone or not worthy. Every situation has a meaning which can be positively broken down and life lessons learnt. We will stumble at some point in our lives and our destination and vision becomes hazed but, in these scenario's, it is how we rebuild that shows our character.

We all need support and guidance and for the younger generations asking for help or surrounding themselves with positive role models can seem impossible. Our mentors and facilitators are on hand to offer ongoing support through extrinsic motivation as well as developing intrinsic motivation enabling them to see and reach their full potential.

The sessions increase awareness of an individual's strengths and allow opportunities to become visions. Weaknesses that they may focus on becoming strengths and threats eliminated and become realistic opportunities. FAIL and No become eradicated as fail is just an individual's FIRST ATTEMPT IN LEARNING and when told No it is a chance to reassess and realise that the negative stigma of the word is just a case of searching for life's NEXT OPPORTUNITY. Steering away from a Fixed Mindset and embracing a Growth Mindset.

Our seminars highlight the exact techniques used to draw vulnerable individuals into illicit lifestyles, equipping officers with a profound, ground-level understanding of the grooming process. By leveraging our lived experience, we bridge the communication gap between law enforcement and deeply indoctrinated youth, facilitating a crucial cultural shift that helps officers identify non-obvious signs of trauma and coercion during initial street-level interactions.
